# 黑名单申诉使用指南

### 一、手册引言

欢迎使用Trustformer KYT新增的黑名单申诉功能！在Trustformer KYT进行风险检测时，部分地址会被标记为黑名单。若您认为被标记存在误判，本申诉功能将为您提供一个便捷的渠道，让您能够提交申诉并上传证据。本手册将详细介绍申诉入口、申诉提交等操作流程，助您顺利完成申诉。

### 二、申诉入口位置及操作

#### （一）申诉入口展示条件

在Trustformer KYT的风险筛查页面中，只有当以下条件同时满足时，才会展示黑名单申诉入口：

* **hash类型**：为地址类型。
* **黑名单类型**：属于黑名单（排除Terrorist Financing、USA Political Blacklist、Sanctions、Tumbler Mixer这几种类型）。

#### （二）申诉入口操作

1. **入口定位**：当满足上述条件时，在风险检测结果页面，您会看到“请联系我们按钮
2. **操作指引**：击该按钮，系统就会弹出申诉页面div弹窗。

### 三、申诉页面内容及填写

当您点击申诉入口弹出申诉页面div弹窗后，需要认真填写以下信息：

#### （一）黑名单地址

* **字段说明**：此字段默认显示当前页面被标记为黑名单的地址，且不能修改

#### （二）申诉原因

* **字段作用**：您需要详细说明认为该地址被误判为黑名单的原因。这是管理员审核的重要依据.
* **必填要求**：此字段为必填项，且内容需控制在10-500个字符以内。
* **填写技巧**：请尽可能详细、准确地描述您认为被误判的原因，例如该地址的正常用途、交易背景等。越详细的描述，越有助于管理员进行审核判断。

#### （三）申诉图片

* **字段功能**：您可以通过“附件图片”上传功能，上传1张图片作为申诉证据。图片可以更直观地展示相关情况，增强申诉的说服力。
* **上传规范**：
  * 图片可为空，但如果您有相关证据，建议上传以提高申诉成功率。
  * 最多上传1张图片，满足您基本的证据展示需求。
  * 图片大小限制为4MB，确保上传速度和系统稳定性。
* **操作方法**：点击“上传图片”按钮，在弹出的文件选择窗口中，选择您要上传的图片文件，点击“打开”即可完成上传。

### 四、申诉提交及反馈

#### （一）提交操作

完成申诉页面所有必填字段的填写后（若上传图片，也需完成上传），点击“提交”按钮，系统就会开始处理您的申诉信息。

#### （二）提交反馈

* **成功提示**：当申诉信息成功提交后，系统会弹出提示框，显示“**举报提交成功，感谢您的支持！**”。
* **后续处理**：提交成功后，管理员将在后台查看您的申诉，并进行审核处理。您只需耐心等待审核结果，管理员会按照高效的申诉处理流程进行处理。

### 五、使用注意事项

1. **信息真实性**：请确保填写的申诉原因和上传的图片真实、准确、有效，虚假申诉或提供虚假证据可能会对系统和其他用户造成不良影响。
2. **图片合规性**：上传的图片应与申诉内容相关，且不得包含违法、违规、侵犯他人隐私等不良信息，避免过于简略或模糊的图片，以提高申诉成功的几率。
3. **耐心等待**：申诉处理需要一定时间，请您耐心等待管理员的审核结果。在等待期间，您无需重复提交申诉，以免增加管理员的工作负担。
