# 子账号使用指南

### 一、功能概述

在当前的业务环境中，许多企业或用户在使用用户系统时，面临着多角色、多权限管理的需求。例如，企业内部不同部门的人员可能需要使用系统，但各自的操作权限应有所限制；同时，对于一些复杂的业务场景，一个帐号难以独自完成所有操作，需要分配不同的子帐号来协同工作。为了解决这些问题，提升系统的灵活性和可管理性，特推出子帐号管理功能。该功能允许企业版的用户对子帐号进行创建、编辑、查看、状态管理以及密码重置等操作，同时子帐号也具备相应的自我管理能力。

### 二、操作入口

#### （一）用户帐号详情页面

在用户帐号详情页面，若当前帐号为企业版，将新增“子帐号管理”入口。

#### （二）右上角菜单页

在右上角菜单页，企业版帐号会看到新增的“子帐号管理”菜单。\

### 三、创建与编辑子帐号

#### （一）创建子帐号

1. **操作入口**：在子帐号管理页面，点击按钮进入创建子帐号弹窗。

1. **弹窗内容**：
   * **用户名**：输入子帐号的用户名。
   * **权限**：通过下拉框选择子帐号的菜单权限，权限下拉框获取主帐号用户的权限菜单。
   * **手机号**：输入子帐号的联系电话，后端会验证该手机号的唯一性，不能有重复值。
   * **邮箱**：输入子帐号的注册邮箱，后端会验证该邮箱的唯一性，不能有重复值。
   * **备注**：选填项，限制最多 50 个字符，可对子帐号进行简要说明。
2. **提交创建**：填写完信息后，点击弹窗中的“确定”按钮，系统将自动生成密码并发送至子帐号邮箱，同时完成子帐号创建。

#### （二）编辑子帐号

1. **操作入口**：在子帐号管理页面的操作列中，点击“编辑”按钮进入编辑子帐号弹窗。
2. **弹窗内容**：与创建子帐号弹窗类似，可调整子帐号的基本信息和权限。
3. **提交编辑**：修改完成后，点击“确定”按钮保存修改。

### 四、子帐号状态管理

#### （一）启用/停用子帐号

1. **操作入口**：在子帐号管理页面的操作列中，点击“（启用｜禁用）”按钮。
2. **确认操作**：系统会弹出确认弹窗，确认后即可完成子帐号状态的启用或停用操作，无需填写备注。

#### （二）重置子帐号密码

1. **操作入口**：在子帐号管理页面的操作列中，点击“重置密码”按钮。
2. **操作结果**：系统将自动生成新密码并发送至子帐号邮箱。

### 五、子帐号登录

* 子帐号登录，在用户详情界面，用户名右侧会标识子帐号 icon 和文案。
